9.30 am
Meet Closer To The Edge – training and development specialists.
9.40 am
Introduction to bushcraft – building shelters, fire lighting techniques.
11.00 am
Break for tea and coffee.
11.20 am
Survival, forraging, food.
12.30 pm
Cookery demonstration by Ralph of Butler’s Pantry – fish/pheasant/rabbit.
1.00 pm
Lunch served in the Hall.
2.00 pm
Series of indoor and outdoor team building exercises.
4.00 pm
Tea/coffee and cake.
4.20 pm
Final session with Closer to the Edge concluding with a team review.
5.30 pm
Departure.
